  • Who is PRAANA TEA?
    Praana Tea was born in 2014 as a Herbal Tea supplier, competing with well-known big herbal tea brands such as Pukka Tea, Yogi Tea. In 2019, we decided to expand our product range to include traditional tea under four categories Black tea, Green Tea, Fruit Tea and Herbal tea. With our own unique blends, today we are a successful speciality tea supplier to hospitality sector, a wholesale tea supplier and a private label packer.

  • Are you a certified Tea company?
    Although, we are not directly certified, which we feel is unnecessary, we work with Ethical Tea Partnership growers, Rainforest Alliance and Fair-Trade certified supplier to make sure we source our products from the right suppliers to uphold our ethical values.
  • What you are doing to protect the environment?
    Almost 99% of our Packaging is plastic-free and we use biodegradable and recyclable packaging material.
  • Do you do Gift wrapping?
    We gift wrap the orders on request. If you want to add a note or send it in a plain shipping box, send a short message.
  • How to make changes to my order?
    Email us at sales@praanaproducts.com or give us a quick call on 0114 399 1109 and we’ll do our best to change your order as per your order.
  • I received a wrong item. What to do?

  • Can I return an item I bought?
    Yes, as long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. If the product is faulty, you’ll be eligible for a full refund.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    You can pay by credit or debit card {Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex} using PayPal, which is the safest and fastest method of payment. You don’t need to have an account a PayPal account to use their payment methods.
  • When will I receive my order?
    We despatch all orders placed before 2 pm on the same day. EVRI parcels should arrive in 2-3 working days, but sometimes it’s a little longer. If it takes more than 7 working days, let us know & we’ll sort it out for you. If you’ve opted for extra speedy delivery, it’ll be with you the next working day. If you’re in Europe, your order will take around 5 to 7 working days. Any countries outside Europe, allow 10-14 working days for delivery.
  • What are your local delivery charges?
    For UK orders, our standard delivery charge is £3.00 for order value of £20 or less. it’s free when your final order total is £21. Our next day express delivery service will be charged at £5.00 per order regardless of the order value.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We ship all over the world. We charge £8 per order to EU countries and £12 per order to rest of the world.
  • I am unable to log in?
    Make sure you’re using the email you signed up with. If you can’t remember your password, just click ‘forgot password’ link and we’ll email you a link to set up a new password.
